Oliver converses with a flower and Solomon jams out to a musical card

Solomon loves his dinosaur shirt.

Mama brought home two of her Cabbage Patch preemie dolls from when she was a kid. Solomon adores them. They are now named William and Peter.

Solomon sleeping. Dude is comfortable.

Solomon loving on Oliver.

Oliver has a conversation with a flower. Jon Ray recorded this in the morning before I got up.

Grandpapa and Grammy sent Solomon a musical card for his birthday. For several days, this was what Solomon did. Grandparents--you get one lifetime musical card for each child. :)

Winter at the Gardners

Solomon, 2 years old.

Mama, Oliver and Solomon.

Tiny baby on a big bed.

Brothers hanging out.

The boys in their Colts outfits, sent by Grandma Dianne and Grandpa Charlie.

Cheesing it up.

Oliver, super happy, wearing a hat Mama's former student, Paul, knit for him.

Oliver wearing the hat Maggie knit for him.

Oliver and Camilla, Mama's former student, who crocheted him this hat.
Last week Solomon sang "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" to Grandma Dianne on the phone. He did such a beautiful job. Ever since, I've been trying to catch it on video. Unfortunately, as soon as the camera comes out, the songs usually stop, or end in "Twinkle twinkle little NO". Here, finally I got most of the song. The video starts part way into the song. My favorite part is "lumpin dumpin in the sky". Cracks me up every time.

Solomon's version of "I've been working on the Railroad", the fee-fie-fiddly-i-o part. Also listen for "Someone's in the kitchen with Dinah", which is actually "Some kitchen Dinah".
